Each year at Dealer Tire, an internal employee survey, called Staff Scan, is sent out to all employees. Its purpose is to take a pulse of the company, gain insights, and gather feedback on the alignment of the business. In the weeks leading up to the survey availability period, promotional materials are displayed around headquarters.
